Introduction
Centrum Pomocy Profesjonalnej is a mental health center offering psychological and psychiatric support for individuals, couples, and families. They needed a modern, accessible website aligned with their new branding and equipped with a more intuitive way for clients to book appointments online.

Problems & Challenges
The previous website was outdated and lacked overall quality, both visually and functionally. It didn’t reflect CPP’s new branding direction, which was in development at the time, and its color scheme didn’t align with the tone and professionalism expected in the mental health field. The design ignored basic UX principles, suffered from poor UI consistency, and offered a user experience that didn’t meet modern standards.
Additionally, the site offered no option to book an appointment online - visitors had to call directly. As the center was growing and receiving more inquiries, this became increasingly problematic. Not only was it difficult for users to locate contact information on the site, but the need to call could also be a significant emotional barrier - especially for individuals already struggling with mental health challenges, for whom making a phone call and openly asking for help might feel overwhelming.
Website redesign
To address the outdated and inaccessible nature of the previous website, I focused on creating a clean, brand-aligned interface supported by practical, user-friendly features. Each design decision was made with the emotional comfort and usability needs of the target audience in mind.
